Returns

You have a right to cancel your order for any item from the time it is ordered to within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods). Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the products. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods, which means the goods must be unused. In addition, all our products come with a 30-day money back guarantee. Send any unopened item back to us within 30 days of ordering for a full refund. We recommend you use an insured carrier such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. We cannot accept returns past the 30 days from the order shipping date. Refunds will be made by the same method used for the purchase. Cheque refunds will be issued within 15 days of receipt of returned items. Credit Card refunds will be issued within 10 days of receipt of returned items.

Please include a brief letter explaining why you are returning the item(s). Please also include your CUSTOMER NO. NAME and ADDRESS with your return. Your CUSTOMER NO. can be found at the top of the payment receipt you received with your order.
